  • Now that this location has been open for a couple months, this staff has became the friendliest chipotle crew I've been to. When the "meat and rice" person in line piled the chicken on my bowl the next person in line, the "veggies" person said let's put a little more even though I didn't even asked but was happily accepting to the idea. Then as I'm paying I told him it was to-go and he said it would be a few minutes until my other quesadilla was done, so he handed me a cup. I told him I didn't order a drink and he said it's okay, have a drink while you're waiting. I thought that was kind of him. Funny thing, as I'm writing this review I'm walking up to the front because I saw my quesadilla was done, BUT he said he accidentally burnt it and it would be another minute. Wasn't a bother to me at all, gave me time to finish this review. I was going to dock a star for that but then he comes up to me and says, "so sorry for that wait, I made you an EXTRA quesadilla on the house and TWO complimentary gift certificates for a free bowl, bowl, or tacos! Now that's nice customer service!
