  • I am a regular customer of this branch for grooming of my 2 Shih-Tzu's. I used to reside close by but had since moved further away (19 miles away) but I still continue coming to this location despite the distance because Wendy, the groomer of my boys, consistently gives them the best attention/service. There is a PetSmart closer to me, but when I went over to inquire with them, they didn't seem to be interested in my business. They were very arrogant, and they made me feel like I was not welcomed. Wendy is very accommodating to my wishes with respect to how I want the grooming to be done. My Shih-Tzu's are now 7 years old. They have been serviced by Wendy since the were about 6 or 7 months old. Ask for Wendy. She's the best.
