  • This hotel is beautiful!! Location is fabulous. Parking was a breeze. Rooms were a good size also very relaxing and airy. Their bathrooms are very upscale! Staff were really friendly!! From the kind front desk hosts who gave us complimentary margaritas at check-in, to the informative/professional restaurant servers & restaurant manager who checks on your table during your meal. Even the lovely housekeepers greeted us down the halls. It just added warmth to our great staycation at the Hyatt. It made us feel very welcome and safe on their property. There are only 4 floors at this hotel. Keeps the elevator trip quick and short...or just take the many staircases that they have! The view from our balcony was breathtaking. There are tons of pools, a jacuzzi, and numerous waterfalls. We tried to dine at their Italian restaurant on site, but we did not make a reservation and the entire restaurant was booked for a private party, so we visited the restaurant next door instead which was still extremely delicious! The server was so nice. He recommended the braised short ribs and the pork chop. Both dishes were filling and did not disappoint. We also came for breakfast the next morning! High recommend to any guest. Don't miss their awesome 15min gondola ride either! Very cool hotel with tons of amenities and great staff. Next time you're in Scottsdale or need a getaway...try this place!
