  • We've been eating at Fukumimi for several years. The perfect selection of Ramens,appetizers and drinks. I like a menu that is small and to the point to me that means they can make everything tasty. I don't eat meat so I usually get the kimchi rice bowl or a veggie ramen. My wife loves the chicken karaage appetizer and I love the house salad with ginger dressing. As far as the Ramen flavors I really enjoy the spicy broth best. I enjoy thick noodles at times and other times thin. The restaurant is very small and intimate. You'll only be seated if all members of your party are present I imagine do to limited seating. When it's real busy we eat and leave right away so people waiting can have they're turn to eat.
