  • Based on reviews here and also as a BOB winner, I thought this would be a wonderful place to go with my daughter for some "girl time". The atmosphere was calming and the staff greeting us was friendly enough. Once we were upstairs though, things seemed to change. For starters, my chair didn't work at all! There are four chairs in this space; two are supposed to have a massage feature and the remaining two didn't. the technician said something to the effect that "someone dropped it in the water today" and that was that. My cuticles still look rather ragged and I was whisked out of my chair as soon as she had put the brush back into the bottle. Save your money and go someplace else. Definitely not a winner in my book, or my daughter's.
