I went in for an appointment yesterday evening and was scheduled with a male masseur. I was not impressed with the appearance of the staff. (Your receptionist had pink hair, facial piercings, and looked like she had just rolled out of bed after a night out). My masseur did not have the build that I would expect of a masseur, he didn't look clean, and he was wearing very baggy clothing. On top of that, The masseur himself didn't seem to be confident with his abilities. I wouldn't be surprised if this was the first professional massage he had attempted. The combination of all of these initial first impressions made me uncomfortable. I went ahead with the massage and the quality of the massage was not great. My masseur's hands were calloused and not soft and he seemed to move around the table much more than normal (which was distracting). He didn't seem to know exactly what he was doing or which spots to focus on. Overall, I was unhappy with my experience. Hopefully my comments can lead to some improvement in the future.
