  • I've been working closely with Triumph Property Management for over a year. My first impression about this office was fantastic. I had barely set my foot through the door and I'd already been all taken care of. I didn't have any appointment set for that day, but really needed to take care of few things before leaving town - the owner and his team made it all happen. Very caring and professional staff. As soon as I had a property available for rent ,the choice was clear. I called Kamiar to discuss my options, and I was not disappointed. I've spoken with Suzie, Tierra, Brittney, Elevera and Karina for multiple issues we've had with the house property repairs, HOA warning letters, outstanding issues with the tenants and appliances. Their monthly statements are very clear and easy to read. The owners are paid on time as is stated in the agreement. They are a company that cares about their renters and owners. Anytime a problem comes up, they respond and take care of the problem swiftly. I feel very lucky to have found the agency through my realtor's recommendation. She also did her research before making a referral, since I'm out of town owner and she wanted me to have be able to sleep well at night. Most importantly, I feel very safe handing a key from my property to Triumph Property Management. They are an outstanding team of professionals providing great customer service.
