  • I just recently had my Encore in for repairs. Not only is it running perfect now but this review is for Tanya. Amazing customer service!!! She was very informative, attentive, and sweet. I wish I had car problems more often because it's such a relief to deal with someone so refreshingly professional. This woman needs a raise and she should teach classes on how to treat a customer! 10 stars not 5! Thank you again Tanya and the Auto Nation Buick GMC team! You now have a customer for life!
