  • Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with this business!!!! My husband and I bought the 3 massage package for both of us. After we make our first appointment when we get there the front desk lady is clearly upset we have already paid Groupon and didn't pay them directly. I had already told them over the phone that we had already bought the Groupon deal. Now tonight we call and book our second appointment that took forever to book since I needed to find each Groupon code for them to book the appointment. Once the Groupon is marked used I can't just pull it up to see the number so I have to search for it in my past emails. We arrive 5 minutes early tonight for our booked massages and two women come to the front to tell us they're closing in 15 minutes at 11pm. Their website says they close at midnight. I called hours before the time they told us to come in. If they couldn't get us in or they were going to close early we should have been told then so we could have gone elsewhere. It's my husbands only night off this week and our night was ruined. No massages or foot detox and now I'm ANGRE instead of relaxed. BEWARE of purchasing from this company they will not honor what they sold. You can book an appointment and it will NOT be honored. Side note: It's April and they have a Christmas tree in the center of their lobby. Clearly the business isn't ran very well.
