  • Hi, I rented a car from Budget in Las Vegas for the first time on September 2017 as my company has agreement with you and Avis to rent our cars for business purposes and me and my team renting your cars almost everyday, on that rental I had a small accident which was a bumper scratch and was claimed by Budget and fixes by my insurance company, now I got a bill from Alternative claims management of around 850 dollars for fees and deductions, I called Budget costumer service and been transferred to 4 departments and got same answer " we can't help" !! and Las Vegas Budget is privately owned, compared to Avis super service we are getting through past 9 years that's unacceptable and now I have no choice other that report this incident to my company with a negative feedback and encouraging my co workers to not consider Budget for business rentals.
