  • I had the pleasure of experiencing all that is Saffron Jak a few weeks ago at a food truck Friday event. My 4 year old and I went up to order, and the gentleman working inside was very friendly and helpful. He took the time to offer kid's size options, and even engage with my daughter a bit. The pizzas came out hot, thin (yet still filling), and right at the perfect combination of cheesy and crunchy. I was very impressed with the quality and taste. I even love the personal touch of star-cut pepperoni. I will definitely be looking out for this gourmet pizza kitchen on wheels at future food truck events!!
