| - I was very impressed with this tour, I am a local but had friends over for new years and they wanted to see the Grand Canyon, we booked online for the west rim, we were told the list of hotels where they can pick you up and the times, we got the first one at the Excalibur, the bus was already there, we met the driver (I think his name was Grant, from Hawaii) and he was very nice, friendly and professional, he had water and snacks ready for us, he welcomed everyone, one by one and took our lunch order, you get a sandwich, an apple and chips,( bring your our drink if you don't want just water), Grant (I think) was very informative, funny and entertaining, he kept to the schedule right to the minute, we stopped at Hoover Dam and another "favorite" stop for pics, then another stop at Dolan Springs were he picked up the sandwiches, you can eat on the bus or when you get to the grand canyon, I suggest wait until you get the grand canyon, got to there around 12:30, we had 3 hours to check the 3 different stops, Eagle point, Guano Point and I don't remember the other, there are buses that transport you from one point to the other, no extra charge, everything is paid, the only thing you will have to pay for is the entrance to the skywalk, you will need to find your way back to the bus on the parking lot so pay attention to the number of the bus or something that will remind of it, the bus departs at 3:30pm back to Vegas, we returned to the bus at 3:10 and everyone was back on the bus by 3:30, its nice when everyone cooperates, the bus was back in Vegas by 6 pm.
For the cost, I think it was bargain, loved it.
thanks "Grant" you represent them and you made the Trip a great experience for me and my friends.
