I am very disappointed in my experience with Bob Brown's. I purchased a maintenance plan for my unit over the summer. I had scheduled a maintenance appointment with the company, confirmed in 4 different ways, and the technician did not show up at his scheduled time. Why would you make such a big effort to schedule my maintenance appointment if your technician did not intend to keep the scheduled time? When I called the company's phone number, the after hours desk could not do anything. Not only did I not receive a followup phonecall, but I had to call a week later just to get an explanation. The explanation that was given was that she didn't know what happened and she is sorry. I am certain that there are better companies that can do this work.
