| - So on my visit i asked the shop to check my fluids. the shop never did. i drove another 7 miles home with my oil empty. also processed to tell me i need a new engine when i asked for a compression test. basically its 'what the shop says' over there. luckily my mechanic is my good friend and has helped me save $2000. i don't recommend this shop. they do t listen to what u have to say. and charge alot for little jobs. horrible customer service
My friend who referred me to this shop received a call from the shop owner two weeks ago. He was asking for my last name & where I worked because he's mad over my honest review on this site. There is another person on this site receiving the same calls over the same reason, a yelp review. So after trying to get ahold of the shop owner after all this controversy over yelp reviews. I still haven't received a call back, the same person who talked to me about my car when I was there, which happened to be a young kid, is the same person who says he is relaying the message to the shop owner. My only reason for the first review is because I wasn't given any type of acknowledgement when i was there, the shop owner had time to say hello to my friend and talk for five minutes, but never even said one word to me, nor looked at my vehicle. They changed a spark plug that was bad, come to find out all my spark plugs were bad. I've called the shop twice last week trying to speak to the owner about this. FACTS of the situation, you do not call customers over yelp reviews and threaten them to take the review down, "or else". I'm not fond of things that are directed in a manner of a threat towards me. I'm calling the shop tommorow because my lawyer would like to speak to the shop owner as well, so hopefully he will have the time to take that call. If I could give this shop no star I would, I feel so disrespected.
