  • I had two guys come out and John D. worked the whole time but Scott, new guy, came to talk the whole time, only handed things to John when he needed something. Was so friendly and professional at first but when asked more questions or continued rapport with them afterwards, forget it. I guess if you schedule for appointment to PAY money that's mainly only time they will respond to you. I've asked them other questions to improve my home and was suppose to get back to me, but they didn't. I did a review on their website 'jump2itplumbing' and for some reason, they did NOT post it.
