  • They must have had low production last month, because looks like I had the same crap pulled today on me as John D. I pulled up and said I wanted just a basic oil change. They get started on my car and while I'm inside the guy at the desk asks me which oil change service I wanted, asked if I wanted full synthetic or high mileage.....I told him I just wanted the basic oil change so he sticks his head out to the crew working on my car and tells them to stop (apparently they were trying to do all these other services included with the higher grade packages). A few minutes later I noticed one of the technicians brings in my engine and cabin air filters and puts them on the counter along with a slip of paper. Shortly thereafter the guy at the counter starts trying to sell me on the usual services they offer, but I didn't fall for them. To save time of him trying to convince me to replace my air filters sitting on the counter, I inform him I actually had just replaced them two weeks ago. So then he tells his technician they are fine. They then tried to tell me my battery was bad and I should replace it. I was ready to get out of there and not in the mood to deal with the B.S so I just told them I was satisfied with the service which led them to ask me to leave a Yelp review
