Bought an evaporative (swamp) cooler, got it home, got it ready and WTF, the power button is missing with a hole where it should be. Called the cooler company and explained it, said they would send out parts - they did - the parts didn't fit. Called them back and they said you need to take the control unit and rewire.... I said wait, it's a brand new product and I'm not an electrician. Emailed Home Depot and Natasha got back to me the next day. Explained it to her on the phone she said no problem, bring it back for full credit. I did so and it went off without a hitch. Also kudos to cashier Jaylene, she was very pleasant and easy to deal with.
Very impressed, will purchase there again and recommend to friends.
