  • I am a first time home buyer and was completely clueless with what was involved in buying a home. As any first time home buyer would be, I was a little nervous and had a lot of questions. Jennie was a gem from day one. She guided me through the entire buying process, made me feel comfortable and protected, and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Any questions I had were answered within minutes(literally, even if it was at night or weekend). I seriously wanted to tell her to stop working a few times. There was never a day or time where she wasn't prepared to get things done. It's hard to find people like that these days. Jennie is a trained assassin when it comes to communication. Between phone calls, texts, and emails she was on top of everything and kept an open line of communication with me the entire time. There was never a point where I felt confused or lost waiting around to hear what was next. The process moved along swiftly with absolutely no b*&^#$*t to deal with. She was also rock solid in negotiating with the seller and handled absolutely everything from top to bottom. She even got things fixed and paid for that I wasn't expecting at all. After the awful experience I had with another company(long ugly story), if I could give Jennie and Christie 10 stars I would. They restored my faith in Realtors. We even ended up closing on our home earlier than expected. If you are looking for assistance with buying or selling a home, stop your search right now and call these girls. I worked mostly with Jennie, but when I talked with Christie she was awesome too. I would feel comfortable referring absolutely anyone to this company, and hope to send many people their way in the future.
