  • Sat and waited for over an hr when they told me not even 10 minutes. I guess the name Jiffy Lube should be changed to just Lube cause there was nothing Jiffy about this. I'm ok with waiting if that's what you tell me but an hr extra is ridiculous. I just had to sit there and look at my car in the bay. Won't go back.
