  • The Facility itself is FANTASTIC. Easy to get in, easy to get out, accessible, climate control, garage over hang-so you won't get soaked if you have to move in the rain. Facility is 5-STAR. The New manager ASHLEy is very helpful. Her staff sometime are not at the facility when stated. i.e. They are suppose to be open at 09:30 on Saturday's and it was after 10a when an employee showed up this past weekend. Also, irritating corporate policy that you don't get refunded ANY MONEY if you vacate your unit early. "after the 6th of the month, you get charged the whole month." Leaves too much of a short window to vacate without getting penalized.
