  • Thank you, Forrest, for helping me in the best way possible! My best friend gave me a beautiful necklace from "Things Remembered" for my mothers' memorial service, which was to be held the very next day. But the necklace clasp connecting the locket to the necklace was very loose, and I was afraid that it would fall off - the locket had a special inscription on it! I went over to "Things Remembered" and they were less than eager to help. Came over to Fast Fix with fingers crossed, and Forrest had their jeweler tighten the clasp in less than a minute, and they charged me NOTHING. Even if it was a simple fix, they could have charged me a minimal fee, but NOTHING. At a time when I was my saddest, FAST FIX truly made me happy!! Thanks so, so much!!!
