  • I never write reviews, but this one is important to me. I went there for a hearing test. My insurance pays for the test. They tried to sell me $6000 hearing aids. I asked them for the results of the test. Matt told me he would email the results. I get an email from him 3 days later with a hand sketch of my hearing loss and with a note that if I want the report I have to pay $150. I sent an email back that I just want the report so someone can program hearing aids that I can afford. To make it short, I emailed back and forth to the owner. When I sent her the AZ laws that she cannot charge a patient for a report when the patient needs it to get further health care, she sent me a report that I think another hearing aid programer can use.
