I wouldn't normally review a Best Buy, especially at this stage of my Yelp life, but my experience last night warrants sharing.
Seeing that there were a few stores in town that had the new Nexus 9 in stock, I impulse-ordered it online and chose store pickup at the Summerlin location. Of course, I later discovered that I could trade in my old tablet (that I never use anyway) and basically get $100 that I could use toward purchasing the N9.
Long story short, it was quite a hassle for the employees to figure out a way to essentially get me $100 off. You'd think it would be easy enough. Return my store pickup and repurchase with the $100 worth of credits. I was there a long time as they wrestled with their computer system, but they persisted and got it done. I actually ended up with $104-and-change back onto my credit card. Not bad for a tablet I purchased for $200 a couple of years ago. One that both Gazelle and Best Buy's usual trade-in program only values at $10 (and really worth nothing to me sitting at home).
So now I have a brand new tablet that I still may or may not use that much. You can give me zero stars for my questionable shopping decisions. Four stars goes to Best Buy.
