  • Literally just sent this to Sbux CS: Regarding Starbucks store #6893 - I've had a bad experience every time I have ever gone to this location. Today was the tipping point. When I walked through the door I thought someone said hello and welcome to Starbucks. Turns out she was talking to someone in the drive-thru. There were at least three people behind the counter yet no one said a word to me for at least 30 seconds while I stood at the counter until a lady who was standing right on the other side of the counter told another person that he had a customer. The man then walked two steps to the register and took my order. I told him I had two rewards on my gold card and that I wanted to use one of them to pay. He said okay, took my card, swiped it and gave it back to me with my receipt. I looked at it and saw that I was in fact, charged for my drink. For some reason, I have never been able to use my drink rewards at this location and they never tell me this. They always charge me and I find out about it after the fact. Turned off by my experience, I decided to let it go and follow up online. I waited for my drink. Another person started making it then put my cup to the side and started making another drink for a lady who arrived after me. She got her drink first then the person continued making mine. When my drink was finished, the woman called out my order, put it on the counter and threw (yes, THREW) a straw in my direction. It landed on the counter. I had a straw in my hand already so I tossed it back over. I have no idea what the story is with this location. I have never seen more than 3 or 4 customers inside or in the drive thru yet the people who work here have such awful attitudes. I just read some reviews of this store on Yelp and it appears I am not alone in this opinion. This location is completely out of control. Is it a franchise or something?
