  • I went in today to tan. I had cancelled my membership and got an email stating the last day to tan was 4/30. Today is the 15th. The girl at the front told me my membership was expired. I showed her the email proving they told me the 30th was my last day. She made a phone call and they said they made a Boo Boo with the date and If I wanted to tan I have to renew my membership! I asked if I could tan for free just for today since it was their "boo boo". (Her words) She said my last day was yesterday. What bullshit. I won't recommend this company anymore. Had she apologized and let me tan for today since I already drove there and I was not at fault I would of been irritated but I would not of written a bad review.
