  • well the store has new management i recently made a huge purchase $$$$ there from a theme that i was enchanted with there was a store prop that was promised me as it was to be discarded i went in the other day and learned that it wasn't saved for me i was horrified the new manager remembered my wanting the irremediably but said she had no storage,,,,,, bs she never called me or told me it was available she let me down entirely i will never spend money here ever i will buy from nyc or the nearby nordstoms who has excellent service and return policy no loyalty or class here it didnt take long to see their true colors
