  • I didn't want to waste time writing review but this time I'm extremely disappointed by Super shuttle services. I booked round trip tickets and on my way back to the airport they delayed in picking me up and asked if I can wait for another 20 minutes. I didn't want to wait and asked if I can cancel my ticket and request for a refund. The operator said yes and told me to go to the booth at the airport to process the refund. When I talked to the lady at the booth she told me there's no way to get a refund, she told me people I talked to over the phone knew it's not possible but still said so in order to get rid of me. Surprise! When I asked the lady in booth to call the operator with me she refused and said its not possible and asked me to call operator on my own. Here's what happened next, I called the operator again and guess what? They saw my caller ID and directed me to voice mail. I just cannot believe that's how they treat their customer. I will NEVER take super shuttle again and will let all online review systems know that's how they treat their customers.
