  • Major communication problems from the start. Extremely RUDE customer service of the year award goes to Unique Scape & Design for mocking my husband when he explained that he has serious allergies and not just any tree can be planted in our yard. LOL, seriously idiot? This company is a lawsuit waiting to happen. On-site "supervisor" speaks zero English. Save yourself the massive headache and hire a reputable company - there's plenty of competition. These guys don't even deserve a 1 star rating.
