I am currently a patient of Dr. Fountis and I am happy with the results I am getting. I recently had an experience at the office that I just have to review as I believe positive and kind gestures should be praised. Her office staff assistant, Bill was so kind to me when I had car troubles. He spent about 2 hours helping me with my vehicle when the battery died. He took me to and from autozone to pick up a new battery and changed it out for me. The process was quite tedious because we didn't have the proper tools to work on the vehicle, but it didn't stop his act of kindness. It was so hot outside in the late afternoon and I can't express how appreciative I am that he helped me that day. Otherwise, I would have been stranded for a long period of time. Customer service like that is not heard of much these days so I feel it is important to share my good experience with Yelp. Thank you Bill and Chiro Med for your great customer service skills and caring for your patients. :)
