  • This store is like a candy store for anyone who appreciates beautiful fibers and colors. I haven't knitted or crocheted for more than 30 years myself. However, I am reconsidering now that I have patronized this unique shop. I have a friend who crochets so I came here to select and purchase yarn for a paid project I had her crochet for me. The personal assistance by a terrific gal whose name I can't recall was terrific. I thus purchased the correct yarn in the correct amount for the project. The shop offers many amenities for those interested in learning art produced with yarn at very reasonable rates. Free classes for men and women with reasonable fees for training products are offered. It also offers teas, cookies, chilled water and comfortable places to create knitted and crocheted pieces of your own. Knitters and crocheters are welcomed here to come in any time during business hours and sit and knit or crochet at a table or in one of the plush armchairs if only for the purpose of enjoying the company of others. It is located only a minute or two away from Scottsdale Shea Hospital. This is truly a unique enterprise with a golden heart and examples of beautiful finished products that may lead you to take up the art. I am intrigued.
