  • Went an hour out of my way to come get my gift wrapped for my wedding at this location. The employee working was completely rude and belittling. She told me that it would take an hour to wrap a present because she was the only one working in the store even though the store was completely empty. If she was kind about saying this, I would have been understanding of the time expectations. The people working in Papyrus should be kind, happy and positive as it's a Store focused around celebration. You guys can do MUCH better.
