  • Legit The Truth Best Ever I don't even like cheese, so I'll start there. One afternoon I visited Papi Queso near the JWU campus for a sandwich, I've been in love ever since. The Pig Mac is amazing, I told like 20 people about this grilled cheese, which I call an adult grilled cheese, it was insane. Honestly, I thought I wrote a review after my 1st bite but I'm apparently slipping'. Imagine this... some pulled pork mixed with caramelized bourbon onions paired with bacon and some good ole' mac & cheese and then more cheese. WHAT? Just do yourself a favor, order it, then review it, then visit Sycamore Brewing on Friday night for Food Truck Friday and get yourself another one. That damn bread is amazing too!
