I've been here a handful of times. First to test drive a car, then to buy my car and a few times for service.
Daniel was the one who assisted me first. He was very informative, answered all of my questions and wasn't pushy at all.
I test drove some other cars and wasn't to do some research on my own before deciding which car to buy. I had decided I wanted a Honda and went back to test drive the car again. This time Daniel was busy, but he had one of his colleagues assist me so I didn't have to wait. Again, I was happy with his colleague who answered all of my questions and wasn't pushy.
The manager came over both times I went to make sure everything was fine, and helped complete the sale. The district manager was even there the day I bought the car and asked how things were.
I am quite inquisitive and every time I had a question or concern someone was able to help me. I bought my car at the end of the season, and my first choice was blue. I also wanted the windows tinted. I needed the car by a certain date, and they said that they wouldn't be able to tint the windows in time so that I'd have to bring it back after my trip. When I came to pick my car up before my trip, I was surprised to see the windows already tinted! They made it happen.
I have taken my car in for service a few times. The customer service had been fantastic. I bought winter tires from them. I called around to compare prices, and Honda's were pretty close so I just went with them. They also price match. After one service appointment, I noticed that my screen had a cosmetic scratch. I didn't know how or when it got there. Honda replaced it for free.
They also have a pick-up/drop-off service when you are having work done on your car. They have always been on time and accommodating.
