I ordered a pair of Nike shoes online as a gift for my husband, but he decided he would rather have a different pair and wanted to return them. I called the store and spoke to an employee and asked if I could have him return the shoes in the store with the receipt and get a gift card issued. I was told yes. This was not the case. When he tried to return them they said they do not give gift cards for a return and that he needed the original card used for purchase to get a return. I don't appreciate improper training and rude customer service on the phone when I called to complain. Plain and simple, the lack of employee knowledge wasted both my husband and I's time.
Once I myself went for the return, things were pretty quick.
