Good:
The stuff they spent time on looks amazing! I've never seen my stove and bathroom so shiny!
Bad:
I was told 4 ladies would arrive between noon-1pm and they'd be here for an hour. I asked for a phone call before they got here and was told I'd get a 30 minute notice. So what actually happened?
They call me at 1:35 and tell me they'll be here in 10 minutes. Nice 30 minute warning!
They get here at 1:45, 45 minutes later than the latest time they said they'd arrive. I was given no notice that they were running late.
Only 2 ladies show up, so now they had to stay for 2 hours instead of 1 (because their minimum charge is $120, which is 4 hours of cleaning).
Both ladies who showed up really struggled with english, so they couldn't understand what I was requesting. I had a lot of food and cookware on my counters that I wanted organized and put away, but none of that was done. I also wanted the carpet vacuumed well because I have a husky (which means A LOT of fur), however, vacuuming was done at the end and done very quickly.
In summary I planned my meetings and work around the time-frame I was given, so I would be home between noon-2. I ended up having to stay until 3:45 which caused major inconveniences in my day. I'm paying your company $120 to have fewer inconveniences, not more, so I think I'll try a different company for next week's cleaning.
