  • The massage was great. The rest of the "4 season's" experience was BAD No regard for the customer's time or requests. Spoke to the manager and all she said was she was sorry....next time you come in talk to me first and I'll do something extra for you!!! I wasn't looking for freebies...what an insult! There won't be a next time. This 4 seasons spa is not as well managed as other ones I have been to.
