  • The lady who helped me was rude and abrupt both on the phone and in person. However, there was no waiting, and she seemed efficient at what she did. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I've received much friendlier service at the MVD every time, but after waiting for 2 or 3 hours there for something minor, who cares any more? Despite the unfriendly service, I would come back here.
