  • I liked the quick service. The techs were young and learning. Very professional crew. I'd say to make it a 5 out of 5 the techs should be briefed on tire conditions. Not all conditions should be a recommended tire rotation. I.e. cupping and any other abnormal ware. Another issue for me, personally, was that a tech opened my door before saying he was going to lubricate my door hinges. Here in AZ firearms are often in door storage areas. That would have put that tech between my firearm and myself. No bueno. At the same time a tech in the bay next to me also opened a young ladies door before stating he was going to lubricate the door hinges. I feel that's too intrusive. I'd like to see permission asked before reaching for a door handle. Other than those issues and the fact that I paid nearly $100 for my full synthetic change... No real complaints.
