  • The first thing I must say is the staff at this establishment are all friendly and extremely professional. I had a manicure and pedicure which were nicely done. I thoroughly enjoyed my facial. 4 stars. Considering this spa is in Holt Renfrew, I'm actually quite surprised at how the interior felt so dated. I think this place has seen better days... Perhaps in the 90s? 2 stars. Given the level of service and personal satisfaction, overall 3 stars. Clients go to spas to feel pampered, relaxed, and rejuvenated. In order to achieve this, I don't want to feel like I'm in a time warp. I want to be in a fresh, modern, and welcoming environment. This spa deserves a much-needed makeover.
