  • Did not buy a car from CAR MAX today, but did sell them ours. Just a tip of the hat to two employees who were most courteous and helpful without seeming they were required to be nice. We met Kurtis in the sales dept who helped us get our car appraised. Very nice gentlemen and truly a good person to deal with. No pressure for us to do anything. A few days later we decided to go ahead with the sale and had the pleasure of dealing with Wendi in the business office. This person knows her job and is very proficient. Just truly two nice employees who seemed to really enjoy their jobs. How refreshing. If you deal with CAR MAX in Gilbert, I hope you get the pleasure of dealing with either or both of these employees.
