  • LOVE my avon Chipotle but this location is seriously lacking. I have been to this location a few times in the last few months (only because of where I was, NOT by choice) each and EVERY single time there is more workers walking around doing nothing then waiting on customers. I was here last last Thursday and there was a line out the door at around 5 and only 2 people making food!!!! Everyone was complaining in line, and not one worker seemed to care. The cashier had very big hoops in his ears and he could tell everyone was frustrated and he did nothing. There were many workers walking around but no one on the line. Chipotle also has to figure out something new for call in orders, 60 people in line and they are not waiting on them but filling call in's....this system needs to be changed..I suggest having a small line in the back with one worker responsible only for online and call in's! The management at this store seems VERY lacking!!! The staff seems very unmotivated and slow, and not really taking pride in their work.
