  • The 2 star is given based on a misleading and misrepresentation of information by the studio. On their website, it says $18 an hour with drink and tutorial. I decided to try the metallic puzzles, which is the hardest craft they offer. At the end, I really couldn't finish it, and I want to bring it home to finish. BUT, get this.....I have to PAY ($5) to bring it home to finish . It's not so much about the money but WHY am I being punished for not finishing my art work, and WHY do I have to pay them to take home the materials that I already paid for in the first place?! I will no longer use their time and their utilities when I am at home, what exactly is the $5 for?!? Nowhere on the website does it say this, and nobody mentioned this in the beginning. And, minutes later another person wants to take it home to finish, and he was charged $10!!!! As a business owner myself, I can't stress the importance of consistency and fairness in treating your customers. *** you cannot just make up charges and rules as you go along!!!!*** This place is run by amateur youngsters that I don't think know what it takes to run a business. That aside, it's a great place to release everyday life stress. The place is neat and clean, but very difficult to find. Parking is scarce, I had to park at stc and walked over.
