  • I have had the pleasure of retaining Jared Bennett years ago when originally filing a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. As we all know a bankruptcy is a very humbling experience, however Jared never failed to answer my calls and all of the many questions I had over the year. And there were many!. After making payments to my plan for two years I lost my job and was unable to continue on as I had been. When it came time, Jared re-filed my case as a Chapter 7. Over many years, my case was discharged HOWEVER he has and is helping me in my desperate plea to keep my vehicle. He has never asked for additional fees and continues to represent me with a positive attitude. I know I would not have made it emotionally through the years if it had not been for his help. Jared is honest and to the point and more important, HE LISTENS. I am so forever grateful and will always send clients his way when in need of a BK attoney. I've had the great opportuntiy over the years to meet Lou Parker as well. Although he did not directly represent me, he was a pleasure to talk to and also answered any legal questions I had. These attorneys are true professionals and are very personable. They have never come across as looking for their next dollar, if so, I'd owe them thousands. Jennifer Sullivan is an integral part of their team as well. If it hadn't been for her support in every way possible, I would have been a client lost over time and struggling with worry over my bankruptcy. She ALWAYS got back to me with answers and or made sure Jared did. Her response to my emails were always promptly returned and her kindness always appreciated. She is an asset to this Law Firm and again, I am forever grateful for all of their help.
