  • This location had amazing customer service, and the vehicle was clean, smelled nice and worked perfectly. In fact there were high winds that day and the cube truck, despite being buffeted, operated perfectly, making us feel very safe. I can't say enough about the customer service. I barely made the closing time, due to traffic getting there, but Frank, the manager, stayed to the last minute to wait for the reservation to show up. He then stayed a little past closing to make sure I was set to go. He went over the contract step by step so I made the best choices. I can't say enough good things about the place, and I highly recommend everyone to go there to have as stress-free an experience as I had. And if you do any research in this area, you will find that their prices are the best, or tied for the best rates in the GTA. So getting the best rates, clean well-operating vehicles and excellent customer service makes choosing them a no-brainer.
