  • Came in with a broken vacuum. Was told they could not look at it for two weeks. At that time, they'd call me with the price to fix. A call came about 1.5 weeks later said they found the problem and could fix it without ordering parts. They fixed it and had it ready that day. I picked up and it was waiting for me. Lindsay is honest, fair and has amazing customer service skills. I hope my vacuum doesn't break again, but if it does, I know I will bring it here.
