  • Let me begin with saying my experience was amazing, and I have been to a few Apple stores. I had a hairline crack in my iPad Pro which was really starting to bug me. My husband had bought this for me as a gift but he also bought the 2 yr warranty thank you honey. I made a 12:30 same day appointment online got in a bit early was put in a line with one person ahead of me and then sent to the Genius Bar. Where I met Mike a genius and a very very nice and polite young man who helped me with my iPad Pro from backing it up to charging it moving everything over and helping me with a few other issues I wasn't even there for. On my way out I had to ask for a manager so that I could compliment them on my experience he was just as nice and asked to please choose this store next time I needed anything. So yes 5 star worthy. Make the appointment.
