Hypoxi is sold as the magic bullet to get you over a plateau and to tackle stubborn fat, and the marketing is brilliant at getting you to pay A LOT of money up front, with no options once you realize it doesn't work and they have no incentives to adjust the program so that it does.
They are supposed to measure you every three to six sessions to make certain your program is on track. I was measured on session 6 and 12, but nothing thereafter for my package of 24 sessions. After not seeing any progress for the first 12 sessions, they basically didn't do anything despite my asking what needed to be adjusted. The manager didn't speak to me even once despite multiple promises that she/he would. The customer service is a joke. Once you pay the money, you're put on autopilot. Everyone in the store seems more focused on new sales to the gullible rather than making certain they have happy customers.
Basically I spent $2000 to feel really stupid for believing this could work. It's a shame, because if I had seen results or some sort of progress, I would have been a loyal customer for months to come.
