  • I reached out through yelp messages and obtained a quote. I was told I would be contacted by that Friday, but they didn't call me back until the week after. The appointment was scheduled with Gary to take place on a Friday. Friday arrived and I received a call that morning asking me to remind them which tree I wanted removed. That made me nervous. They showed up on time and completed the service as requested. Asked for the top to be trimmed down more, but it was not trimmed very much. The tree removal looked like the tree was never there. It looks great. I never got a phone call or the pictures they agreed to send to me. I had to call and request them. There was a one foot oil stain left on my driveway by some of their equipment. Gary denied responsibility when I asked him about it. I have before photos showing no oil stain. Anyways the price was pretty darn good and the tree removal looks awesome. The tree I had trimmed wasn't trimmed enough. Couple days later I had to call and ask for the invoice. They then sent it to me. If you can deal with potential issues noted above then they can be a good deal. I'm just disappointed they did not take responsibility for the oil stain.... 4/9 update- updated review from 3 stars to 4 stars after owner Jerry reached out to me to try and rectify the situation. He was apologetic for what happened. I appreciate his concern and solutions.
