  • I'll be honest this office has it's ups and downs. The doctor I see there Kody Smith is an amazing doctor and the reason I keep coming back. The front desk girls are a bit of a mixture, over all they're friendly and attempt to be helpful. Though the office as a whole is very poor about calling you back for your lab results. You also will wait an extremely long time if you have to return another day for blood work. They say it's normally an average of 20 minutes, however it took close to 3 hours before they got me back there to draw blood. Unfortunately, I'll admit I don't have the highest standards for doctors offices but I can say Kody Smith is one of the most caring and empathetic doctors I've had so I'll continue to return, even if the office itself isn't the greatest. Doctor = 5/5 Office Staff = 3/5 Everything else = 2/5
