  • It took me 8 weeks from start to finish to get my new glasses. I returned them after 24 hours to get anti-glare added and I was told the lab made a mistake and they would have to be remade. I never received any calls or updates from the staff. I had to call repeatedly and speak to managers. Very disappointed.
